Microsoft has today (jan 21) released MS10-002 to address high-profile issues in IE8. Yet, PSI = flags IE8 as low threat level = reports IE8 as fully patched, despite I have yet to apply that patch. In principle, yes that patch is new. But, a) Microsoft informed about it already 8 days ago. Also, this update addresses the flaws, which allowed fraudsters to hack Google. So, it would have been nice, if PSI would have considered that patch. Other, keep up the good work /Gyro Gearloose |

After you apply today's patch to IE , it will still show in "secure browsing" as "insecure , no solution" because of this vulnerability :- http://secunia.com/advisories/22628/ -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |
