As noted in the copy of the PSI report below - the program detects v11.x 126.96.36.1992 and recommends that I update with the latest version which has the same verson number. It would appear that I have already installed the layest versin?

Your problem was discussed in this thread , seems to be a blip by PSI , you need to update to 18.104.22.1686 :-
