Hi everyone,

i need some help. Secunia has been working for me to keep my programs up to date for past 3 months. Now Secunia is detecting macromedia flash player 7.x and adobe flash player 9.x as 2 security threats. I clicked on the blue solution arrows and downloaded the files and ran them. i re scanned the computer and they still show as 2 security threats present. I rescanned again and still show 2 security threats. When I mouse over the secunia icon in the tray it reads, "2 programs are insecure/end of life and expose you..."

macromedia flash player 7.x = C\windows\system32\macromed\flash\flash.ocx

adobe flash player 9.x = C\windows\system32\macromed\flash\flash9c.ocx

I have windows xp pro sp3. i use Firefox 3.5.7 as my primary browser but also have IE8 installed.

Thanks in advance,

Hipcheck
