Has anybody with a windows machine (VISTA Ultimate in my case) found a Trojan virus? This seems to be a random generated program that opens up a IE windows with a JavaScript. My Anti-Virus program quarintined it then I deleted the file - it was a .dll type.

Secunia - would you please confirm that your software for PSI is free of viruses/malware/spyware? I downloaded it within the past 2 days.

Thank you.

I can absolutely guarantee that the Secunia PSI is completely free of any sort of malware.

In the future, if you want to check an installer for malware prior to installation, you could use a service such as www.virustotal.com, www.virusscan.jotti.org or similar. That will at least give you a more reliable scanning result than the one you get when scanning with only a single antivirus-program.
