All of a sudden I'm getting 10+ advisories in my emails each day. Don't know if they even apply to me. I didn't subscribe to any of them. How do I stop all of this. I went to my profile and unchecked everything and it doesn't work. I shouldn't have to click on each one to unsubscribe and then have to click on the email confirmation. This has never happened before the new web site updated. Go back to the old web site. This has got to stop! HELP!

Thats probably what you should do. I`m sure you`re aware, that at the start of each thread you`ll see the following:

"Subscription
You are subscribing to this thread. If you want to unsubscribe, please click here"

You may have to check each one.

You can go directly to each one using the link on the e-mail notification.

If this doesn`t work you might want to contact Secunia Support directly - click on Company (at the top of page), then Contact us on left, then Support.

Last edited on 16th Feb, 2010 09:09 Hi,

When you reply to a thread, you are subscribed to it by default. When replying, notice the "subscribe to this thread" checkbox, and uncheck it if you do not wish to receive notification. You are getting notifications because there is a new reply to a thread you're subscribed too. You can unsubscribe to these notifications by following the unsubscribe link in the email.

Are you referring to another email? All of Secunia's automatic emails should have an unsubscribe link.

Hope this helps.
