My PSI has got a failure. It scans only up to 5% and never gets longer. What do I do to solve that problem...

Hi HenrikHein;

If using Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" in top right. If not, click on "Start" button, click on "Control Panel".

Now click on "Internet Options".

Click on the "Security" tab, click on "Trusted Sites", click on "Sites", click on the box (to clear check mark) at "Require server verification (https:) ...", in box below "Add this website..." enter, with out the quote marks, "http:*.secunia.com", click on "Add", in same box enter, "https:*.secunia.com", click on "Add", click on "Close", click on "OK".

Restart Windows, click on "Start" button, click on "Turn Off Computer", click on "Restart".

If PSI will still not compleat a scan, please tell your Operating System & and programs that are running when doing a scan.

regards;

Fred
