I scanned wih PSI, 8 problem entries ("threats") were found. I applied 6 of the 8 recommended solutions, re-scanned, 2 threats were found, but the 8 entries did not change (i.e., the screen still shows 8 problem entries). A note on the bottom of the screen suggests to consult the Community Forum with this problem, so here I am. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello GreatScott

Depending on what programs you have up updated / patched, you may have to do a full system reboot (shut down and restart), for the updates to take effect on your system, and then run a full PSI scan.

When you use PSI, you should always be using it on the Advanced Interface (See top right of PSI page). Much more information is available under the tabbed headings, which you should include when you post on the forum - i.e. which specific programs are problems and under which tab heading they show.

Also, if you include information relating to your system and operating software (windows version, browsers used, security software, etc.), you will find quicker responses and solutions can be offered by members who are familiar with your specific problems.
