I downloaded and updated but new scan still shows it as insecure. Did I do something wrong?

Install path is:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\Flash10d.ocx

I'm running Win XP Pro SP3 with the latest MS security updates as of 3/13/2010.

I found Flash10d.ocx and Flash10e.ocx so renamed Flash10d.ocx to Flash10d.ocxold which cleared the problem.
So far no problems.
