CSI is the paid version of Secunia. Click on Customer Area at the top right. You will then be able to send your query easily direct to them. If U have made an error & U are using the free PSI it is very common to have alleged duplicates. Have U checked the paths to the entries? I suspect they look the same but have a different path in which case they are not duplicates. To check the paths: FINDING A FILE PATH ================================= To locate the exact file that the Secunia PSI has detected, use or switch to the ADVANCED interface, then : 1 Click on the + sign of the programme to "expand' it. 2 Click on Technical Details in the Toolbox to see the installation path of the detected file. To answer your original query.
