When I first ran PSI, two iTunes entries were in the results. I applied the "solution" for one of them which involved installing the latest version of iTunes. A re-scan showed one iTunes entry in the results. I applied that "solution", which was another install of the latest version of iTunes. Re-scans are still showing iTunes as a threat.

Despite that, my "score" is coming up as 100%.

Any help would be appreciated.

There's a very recent similar thread/problem here:

Does the advice there help you? If not, you'd best wait for a technical guy.

Yes, I already read that thread which appears to be about iTunes as well. I thought my problem was different in that I originally had two entries and one of them was resolved. I used Apple's internal updater and it just shows that I have the most recent version installed.
