The layout, headings and content are the same but the font is now Times New Roman. It looks strange!
Now it has frozen and crashed and my XP has created an error message for Microsoft.
But this "create new thread" screen is still OK - or so it seems. I'll find out when I try to create (send) it. Here goes!

Is it just me?

Well, my initial post has appeared.
But the Secunia icon has gone from the bottom bar.

Trying again.

I've just opened it via Start/All Programs. I first got a message "please wait while network connectivity is verified" which seemed to take forever but I've now got the home pages, which are back to the normal font/appearance.

And the icon is back.

Crisis over but I have to ask "was it me/my PC"?

cheeky sid, Mogs!

No - honestly. The home pages were in Times New Roman font.

I've been out all day ( no alcohol!) and haven't used the PC until tonight so my immediate thought was it was summat to do with the 11 downloads from Microsoft this morning. (Well, it has been known for problems to follow them on the very rare occasion.)

All's well that ends well etc but I'm simply intrigued as to the cause.

Sid Mogs ?!!!!
If this doesn't get minimalized, it's a stitch up?! Ha!
Seriously......havn't noticed any encounters of the kind you describe: maybe there's room for a UFO to affect signals in Yorkshire? !

Mog - "sid" is shorthand for "s*d", in the nicest possible sense!
Not just me, by the looks, although the following didn't have my 'changed font' problem:
Emil - there are two other new threads about problems getting here: Secunia PSI is not responding(Flowers) and Secunia doesn't respond (Nikilet).
I was using IE8, not my Firefox - could there have been some system issue overnight?

Emil - I followed your advice in another thread (http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/personal...) so I'll see what happens in the future. Thanks

Morning taffy.
There must have been something up last night: following my post to you, I couldn't get anything done. Secunia wouldn't move from page to page etc.. Gave up and went to bye bye's in the end. Beautiful day here again......just on the news....volcanic ash drifting your way ? Get the gas masks out ?
