For months Flash keeps coming up as being out of date. No matter how oftern I update it. The flash web site says its updated each time and I keep telling Secunia to ignore it but back it comes. What do I do to stop it reporting this?

System is Vista Home Premium on a HP laptop

You don't say if you've tried the suggestions in other posts. If not this procedure usually clears up Flash problems.

You need to run the Adobe uninstaller to be sure that all previous versions of the Flash Player are removed.

Download the uninstaller from this site:

http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

Close all browsers.
Shut down Secunia by right clicking the Secunia tray icon and clicking Exit.
Run the uninstaller.
Select the 'Show Details' button in the uninstaller. If there are any entries showing 'Delete on Reboot', you need to restart your computer.
Install Flash Player for the browsers you use.
