I followed the directions a while back when Secunia CSI said that the TWO COPIES listed by Secunia (why there are two? I don't know) in my machine for

Adobe GetPlus DLM 1.x

were vulnerable and fixed one and the warning for one of the DLM 1.x 's from Secunia disappeared. However, when Secunia scans now, I see ONE warning for Adobe Get Plus DLM 1.x and cannot seem to straighten it out.

I did try the solution suggested by Secunia to try to fix the other DLM 1.x, but I could not find the NOS or other stuff any more in my computer.

I have rescanned my computer several times. Same result.

Could it be the solution is really solved, but for some reason Secunia is saying it's vulnerable. I have no idea what to do now. I went to Adobe. They suggested downloading GetPlus, and the manager and Firefox said "no." I then tried looking for support of some kind on the Adobe website and got nothing.

Any suggestions would be MOST appreciated. Thanks.

@desert_gold ,

Could you please confirm that you are using CSI (and not PSI) as stated .

Hello Desert_gold. Do you realise that CSI is for businesses?(= Corporate)
PSI is for Personal Use.
That's what Anthony is getting at. He will advise whthere you should now unistall CSI and install PSI - (I'm a user not a teccy).
It will also help him and other technical guys here if you tell him what your operating system is eg XP/Vista and other info such as below.
Don't worry though! I'm sure someone will help you.

Also, desert_gold, someone else had a similar problem, recently.
Does this link resolve your problem:

If not,I'm sure a technical guy will be along soon. :0)

Hello desert_gold and taffy ,

Thanks for putting in the thread links taffy , but as a CSI user , then I was giong to suggest that desert_gold could either :-

1) repost in the CSI forum where Secunia or other CSI users may help

or

2) email directly for help at csc@secunia.com or contact their customer representative .

Take care
Anthony
