I've run the fix several times with no correction of the problem? Anyone have the fix?

Hi RonMa

For specific help, it's always best to give specific details of the software/program problem that you have, including full version numbers.

Adobe are responsible for different software - I'm guessing, that by Adobe 9, you are in fact referring to Adobe Reader 9.3.2. (and not a very old version of Adobe Flash).

As you're asking for a fix, there have been a few threads recently with similar problems with Adobe Reader, some of which may have had a resolution.

In the first instance, I would suggest using the search box at the top of the forum page and choose "Programs" (also found to the left), then for vendor choose Adobe, and for program scroll down to Reader 9.

This may help, if no one is around to offer specific guidance.
