I keep getting a category 4 for adobe reader 8.x. Applying the solution does nothing. I am currently using reader 9.3.2. It refers to C:\program files\adobe\reader 8.0\reader\acrord32.exe. I have tried to delete 8.0 but get "cannot delete identity -H: access denied". Have tried reader repair with no success. Repeated scans, solutions, and restarts have not helped. Any suggestions? |

@gmccracken , You do not state your OS ; if you are using XP this is from a Cnet forum which may help you :- http://forums.cnet.com/5208-6122_102-0.html?thread... Let us know how you go . Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |

It was an XP system and your solution worked. Thanks for the tip. | ||||||||
