A vulnerability has been reported in Foxit Reader, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to the application executing PDF-embedded programs without asking for the user's permission. This can be exploited to run an arbitrary executable via a specially crafted PDF file.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 3.2.1.0401.
