What happens when you download the solution?
What version of Avast are you running?

More details would be useful.

Hi,

Please follow this procedure, and record the version number before and after following it.

1) Click the "Download Solution" button from the PSI
2) Run the installer
3) Do a full rescan.

Does this show you as secure, and if not, which version does the PSI show?

The current version is 5.0.
Your easiest option is to go to the Avast website and upgrade.
