Csi scan shows a problem with adobe 8 and I don't even show it in my system. I am using adobe 9. I could not find it any where in programs and even went to regedit and it is not there so how do I get rid of this when I can't find it to delete. My os is xp. The update will not load because it says that I have a better product already installed.

Hi,

The PSI always shows where it detects a certain program. To find the location of the file the PSI is detecting, please enter the Advanced mode (By clicking "Advanced" in the top right corner), navigate to the Insecure tab, click "+" to expand the Adobe entry, and read the field called "Installation Path". The file will be located there.

Hope this helps.
