You need the Internet Explorer version of the Flash Player to display the graphics in PSI. You can get it from here:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

or (more simply) here:

http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_ie/7...

Just to expand slightly on ddm's correct information - really for future updates.

There are 2 versions of Flash:

1) Flash ActiveX for IE - which PSI uses for it's graphics; and

2) Flash NPAPI for all other browsers.

You need to use IE to download and install for ActiveX, and Firefox to download and install for NPAPI.

N.B. On the PSI Overview tab, when Flash ActiveX isn't installed on IE, and you have no graphics, you should see a prompt in their place, with the link to download.

Using the Advanced mode interface on PSI (click Advanced, top right of PSI window, then OK- if you're not there already), you can check that both are present under the Patched tab. If you then click on the [+] on the left of one of the Flash entries, it gives a bit more extra information that might help the next time you have to update Flash.

Thanks for the additional information TiMow. BTW, the links I gave allow the IE installer to be downloaded using Firefox. The OP will probably need MJ's instructions for keeping Flash Player up to date.

Hi ddm

Thanks for clarification re. links.
Adobe, I recognised; the Filehippo one was new to me. (I seldom have need to use Filehippo, despite a lot of users recommendations - so am not too familiar with all the available download options).
