I am getting an error message that the computer can't verify the security certificate for this program. I have uninstalled and re-installed a new download but I continue to get the same message. I don't know what to do at this point. -- Howard |

I received this error on my second computer today and found the time & date was wrong due to my CMOS battery (CR2032) being flat - I reset the time to correct it and was able to load PSI OK - I will replace the battery when I shutdown - may be worth checking. | ||||||||

Hello Howard , This is other info/instructions from Emil Petersen ; it is a specific setting for IE (which PSI uses to contact Secunia servers whatever browser you have set as your default) :- QUOTE: Hi, Please open Internet Explorer and go to Tools->Internet Options->Advanced->Security->Check for server certificate revocation. The Secunia SSL certificate is signed by Thawte. If the Thawte site is not accessible from the computer, and if this option is selected, then the PSI will fail to connect to our site.
