When a try to click on solutin, i receive the message ' unable to to locate an appropriate web browser. Windows Internet Explorer and Firefox are open.
What browser is PSI looking for?

Thanks for any hints.

Last edited on 14th Jun, 2010 12:18 Hi,

If you click the "+" button next to a program entry, the field "Installation path" will show the location of the detected file. It is not unusual for Flash to leave behind old versions, causing multiple detection.

The PSI will always use the default browser of the "administrator" account. If you are having problems with either browser, please try resetting your browser of choice as the default browser. You may find this site helpful when setting a default browser: http://www.freeemailtutorials.com/microsoftWindows...
