Solution tells you to update to version 4 but states it cannot delete version 3. Is there a solution to this problem

Hi

With virtually no info i.e. what operating system, service pack(s), 32 or 64 bit, etc. , what or who said can't uninstall
v.3? NO info-can't help. Kinda like asking "How do I put out the fire?" If it's at the end of a cigar crush or smother in a ashtray, if it's your home call the local fire dept.

The more info you provide the better we can
determine what advice to provide.

Regards, wr
