The update will not install and keeps telling me to contact system administrator. How do you fix this? I am using Window's XP 3. -- Eddyboy |

I got the secunia notice that Adobe 1.x needed to be downloaded along with Sun Java JRE 1.6.x/6 andSun Java JRE listed three times but no difference in the listings. That is all I can tell you. I am no computer expert and clicked on the buttons to download and install them with no success. That is all I can tell you. Sorry. -- Eddyboy |

Hello Eddyboy , As you have posted in the the "program" sub-forum under "Adobe AIR 1.x" and "Adobe 1.x" is most likely something to do with "AIR" you can click on the blue link above right , just above the thread heading for all threads dealing with (in this case) Adobe Air 1.x ; here is one which may help you get started :- http://secunia.com/community/forum/thread/show/449... If this info does not help and you are still having problems with Adobe or Java , post back here and we will help you sort things out . Take care Anthony PS; when using XP SP3 , the main user is usually also the system administrator , the error message may appear if you are using a limited/restricted rights/access account as PSI requires the user to have "administrative rights" in order to work correctly . -- It always seems impossible until its done.
