Where is the psi.exe in a Win XP pro sp3 system?

I have a friend who can not locate it in:
C:\Program Files\Secunia\PSI
She wants to create a shortcut.
She does show hidden files and folders.

In my Vista Ultimate 64 bit SP2 system it is here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Secunia\PSI
I have no problem creating a shortcut.

Just looked at my XP test PC using Windows Explorer.

It is located in C:\Program Files\Secunia\PSI(in the right window pane use the icon marked PSI - Secunia PSI - Secunia)

On my Xp , as well as the Program Files folder with the .exe file , I have the PSI icon in Start-->All Progammes-->Secunia ; right click select "send to desktop" also creates a desktop shortcut for me .

My friend discovered that the "hide extensions for know file types" in folders> tools > folder options > View was checked. Once unchecked she clearly saw the psi,exe.
