I downloaded v10 which left v9 in place, so I downloaded & ran the uninstaller which only got rid of v10. The second time I tried, it left v9 in place again - how can I get rid of it? -- Tim Windows 7 Professional, 64 Bit; V 6.1 2010 Office Suite IE9 |

Yes, I only use Advanced mode. The path is C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\Flash9l.ocx -- Tim Windows 7 Professional, 64 Bit; V 6.1 2010 Office Suite IE9 |

Great - deleted & rescanned when it wasn't mentioned, then downloaded v10. Anthony - I clicked on the hand for the minus score by mistake and can't see how to correct it - do you know how? -- Tim Windows 7 Professional, 64 Bit; V 6.1 2010 Office Suite IE9 |
