Yesterday I've downloaded the latest version of Firefox 3.6.8.. According to Secunia, the version of Firefox I've got on my computer is 3.6.4.. Can someone help me changing in Secunia the version from 3.6.4. to 3.6.8.? Thanks. |

@Xavier51 , The link provided by Mogs gives very out of date information ; version 3.6.4. is "vulnerable/insecure" , the latest "patched/secure" version is 3.6.8. Using the PSI in "advanced" mode (slect using link top right of any PSI page) you should see Firefox v3.6.8 in the "patched" tab and if you have old files of Firefox left behind , v3.6.4 should show in the "insecure" tab . What is/are the "installation path(s)" of the version(s)s showing ?? Did you make a clean install , use the PSI auto-update or use the Ff internal updater (see ->"Help" menu -> check for updates) to get version 3.6.8. ?? Have you rebooted and/or run a full scan since your update ?? Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |

My apologies, and thankyou for correcting Anthony. I should have looked more closely.....no excuses....I'd gone to the FF threads and wrongly assumed that was the most recent explanation. Regards, -- |
