Since the May 28th update, the scan periodically starts aborting. I have solved this by reinstalling the software but that solution has stopped working. Now Scan will not complete. Any ideas?

I am running Secunia PSI 1.5.0.2 which I believe is the current edition. I am running a fully patched version of Windows XP Pro.

Anne,
There are current problems with your version that appears to affect certain people running XP.

Uninstall your current version then revert back to 1.5.0.1. That is temporary fix that Secunia are advising.

Secunia have posted this:

For those experiencing this problem, it might work to downgrade to 1.5.0.1, which you can (temporarily) download here:
ftp://ftp.secunia.com/PSISetup1501.exe

Does that fix it?

How do I download 1.5.0.1? I am finding only 1.5.0.2 on the site.
