Hi I'm using Windows & pro, and Secunia PSI v1.5.0.2 running in advanced mode. I've got Adobe 11.5.7.609 installed which PSI lists in the "Patched" list, but PSI also detects version 10.4.1.28 in the path "C:\$Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-21-298765593-1106041269-979 I can't navigate to that path in Windows Explorer (even running WE as Administrator) because it gives an "Access Denied" message, and SwOnce.dll does not appear in the normal Recycle Bin view. Suggestions? Edit - I used the Shockwave Uninstaller program when I uninstalled ver 10. |

It should be in the bin. I assume U have tried a right click>empty Recycle Bin from the desktop Bin Icon? -- Maurice Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit OS HP Intel Pentium i7 IE 10 for Windows 7 16GB RAM |

Hi dcarter, login to your OS as the user that belongs to the SID S-1-5-21-298765593-1106041269-979601301-1003 and clear the recycle bin to get rid of the file. If you don't know which user that is, download the tool psgetsid (as part of the pstools) from SysInternals (http://technet.microsoft.com/de-de/sysinternals/bb...). Open a command prompt and change to the folder where you unzipped the pstools, zip and enter the command psgetsid S-1-5-21-298765593-1106041269-979601301-1003 to show you the corresponding user. dracudok |

It was in the recycle bin of the Administrator account. |
