Windows Update! My PC have since the 20. august tried to update my framework service pack 2.0 and service pack 2 and framework 3.5. On windows update I see that the updates are there but when I look at the programs in installed programs I canīt find them. Secunia tells me that these updates are nessesary and show me that a hacker can take over my PC. I have tried so many times to download them but not possible. But I now see that windows has stopped to try to update the programs, so may be it is anyway ok. Windows XP PRO service pack 3, Intel Pentium 4, 2.8 gb. Harddisk 250gb. 1024 kb ram. -- top 10 |

I only can say: unless Windows download and install the updates it next time I close the PC tells me there is updates to my PC. Exactly the same again! Secunia tells me that these two updates shall be installed but I cannot install them from secunia. Yesterday I closed my PC and let it work with the updates and go to bed and still Secunia tell me the updates shall be done. What do I? -- top 10 |

It would be worth reviewing the suggestions already made in @top10's previous (marked as resolved) thread concerning this problem :- http://secunia.com/community/forum/thread/show/528... Hope this helps Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |
