Pre-installation question: Can I leave my existing PSI installation intact? Or does the ver.2 Beta need to uninstall the older version from my computer before it can run its own setup?

From what I can remember, each new version of psi, when installing, detects the earlier version. I think it uninstalls that as a matter of course.
Emil (Secunia) will probably be able to give you a fuller explanation later.

Last edited on 10th Sep, 2010 08:57 Hi,

The PSI 2.0 Beta uninstalls older versions before installing itself. It will close the PSI, and run it's build-in uninstaller before installing.

hope this helps.
