If you use an uninstaller first, and/or when you update flash, if all programs that use flash aren't fully exited, then part of the old file is left (normally the .ocx file), which is what PSI is still finding. These include all browsers, Windows Messenger and PSI 1..5.0.2 (or lower) - right click tray icon and exit.

You can use the Uninstall Flash (from Adobe) - http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html - (exit all programs before running), and then reinstall flash 2x - ActiveX and NPAPI;

OR

remove the insecure element of the old flash. In PSI Advanced mode click the "[+]" on l.h.s. of insecure listing of flash (Insecure tab) - if the end of the installation path is Flash10i.ocx, then use the Open Folder icon to go to this location - look for the Flash10i.ocx on r.h.s. of window, and highlight, right click and delete, (the current update is Flash10k.ocx -which should also be present and left alone).

Reboot and rescan PSI - this should now have cleared the insecurity.
