Hello.
You need to provide more information.
What Operating System are you using and version of psi ?(.NET versions vary according to OS )

MS updates often require a couple of tries.....check for updates and reboot before rescanning with psi.
If after doing that you still have a vulnerability....what is the file path ?

Are you using the Advanced interface in psi 1.5.0.1 or 1.5.0.2 (?)....if not, switch to it..( Simple/Advanced top right of psi panel ) for more information.
Click on the + sign alongside the entry and it will expand to reveal the file path....another click on Tech Details and it will confirm it.
In psi 2.0 Beta
click on the + sign and twice for more info.

If uncertain how to proceed post the info back to the forum when someone may be more able to help.
Regards........
