I've tried everything I can think of. I've changed my username, used my old one, received many confirmations from Secunia - but I'm still unregistered. I've received no error messages. I'm lost..... -- KidFromBrooklyn |

Where exactly are you "non-registered" . If you use the PSI , you need to set up your PSI profile and your logged in Forum profile so that they are matching - where applicable . Have you done this ?? I have setup a new PSI profile and received a confirmation email from Secunia. I followed the instructions and when I open Secunia - I'm still unregistered. I even tried rebooting and then opening PSI - same problem? Thanks for your response. -- KidFromBrooklyn |

HI , Excuse my repeating myself , but by not being registered do you mean you have nothing showing in your PSI profile ?? You do not say which version of the PSI you are using . Presumably your Forum profile is registered as your details show to the lhs of your posts . Does it agree exactly with your Forum profile ?? How many profiles have you created ?? You may need to explain your problem to support@secunia.com by email or an official may pick it up here tomorrow CET . Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |
