This is a follow-up on this thread http://secunia.com/community/forum/thread/show/600... It actually IS a PSI problem because the old version of Chrome should be showing as a zombie file, not an 'actual installation'. |

@Quitch , Version 6.x was insecure and no longer supported so it also becomes EOL and you have to upgrade to the 7.x branch . Hope that helps . Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |

But if you're running the 7.x branch then it should show as a zombie file, same as any previous, but redundant version. Currently it doesn't. | ||||||||

The PSI reports 6.x as it sees it irrespective of whatever other versions you run ; so it calls it as insecure/EOL . Secunia will be back in tomorrow CET and hopefully they will pick up this thread and you can discuss it/your feedback further with them . Take care Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |

By replying to relevant threads, will hopefully keep them on the first page, and relegate this overload of spam to the second page. Apologies for unnecessary e-mail update. -- Computing is not yet a perfect science - it still requires humans. |
