Hello.
Google translation follows, which may help others to help :_

yes tried REVA Uninstaller, the removed flash playweren and after I removed too, adobe reader, as well as all old versions of adobe and adobe dawnload manager, was Ossetians in the registration database, but could not find it there, have tried the command prompt, but do not really know how I use it I think I wrote confg, exe, and there appeared a lot, but otherwise there was nothing, so I have dawn loaded a lot of different cleaning programs, so many, but none of them could find , the item, but a sea of other files to be cleaned, IT'S ONLY WINDOWS LIVE ONCARE can find it and I can not link from copier WindowsLive oncare but possibly make a dump scren, from what I use windows media center edison and Windows IE 8, there are several others on the web who have had the same problem for several years, I've seen, and none of them have found a solution.
