Adobe Flash PLayer 10.x shows up as patched in the Patched tab, but in the Secure browing one appears as Insecure. I have reinstalled several times, have used the Flash Player removal tool, but it still shows up as insecure. How can I fix this?

Hello.
What it means is that you've applied all the available patches but it's still vulnerable. You've done all you can do...safe browsing practices may mitigate circumstances.
