The PSI 2.0 beta suddenly started reporting Error: Type Error Function: util.switchPage File: undef Line: undef Description: "length" is null or not an object I tried exiting and restarting PSI, then shutting down and restarting my PC, and finally downloading and restarting the latest PSI beta. The same error still occurred in all cases. PSI reported "0" for all programs (patched, etc.); normally there would be about 70 patched programs. This is on Windows 7, 64 bit. It started happening immediately after I installed an Adobe Shockwave update, which the previously running PSI beta had reported as being needed. I clicked the "install" link beside the PSI Shockwave entry to do the install. Then PSI went west. |

I have exactly the same error message; Error:Type Error' Function: util.switch page File: undefined Line: undefined Description "length" is null or not an object - without doing any downloads today - I was looking at email when I noticed the logo was red. Did a scan and everything came up 0%. I restarted and it's still Red logo and 0%. Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2 HP Model a6400f Intel Pentium Dual CPU 3.00GB RAM 32-bit os IE8 Browser. Same here. I didn't update any programs, so this seems to be PSI related only. Maybe their signature database went down. Greets, Alex |

We had some technical difficulties, which should have been fixed now. You may need to restart the PSI, in order for the fix to apply. Sorry for the inconvenience |
