Forum Thread: improving access to "ignore rules"

In the ignore rule box, it would be nice to be able to browse for a file. Also, please mention here (perhaps with a pop-up balloon) that from there. rule is also available by right clicking on a roll and select ignore from there. I discovered this by accident and it is preferable since the path is immediately available.

Hello ,

If you click the [+] on the lhs of any entry on the results page you will see two "beige" coloured folder icons to the lhs of the "Detected Instances" . The first (to the left) is to set an ignore rule for the programme entry in question and the second (to the right) is to open the folder containing the folder/files of that programme .

This info , plus that of your right click method , is descibed by ->Dashboard->Learn More->Secunia PSI Manual (PDF) ; section 4.2 is relevant .
