Hi, I try to understand the CSI solution: if I have a reference client that is scaned for vulnerabilities, then the updates are published to WSUS. Are other clients able to load these patches from WSUS automatically? Or do I need to scan all other systems as well? Thanks, Torsten. |

Hi I strongly recommend that you scan all your hosts since the CSI and WSUS are using the paths where the insecure applications are detected. If you have insecure paths on other system then your reference PC they will not be pathed using your WSUS. Thank you, Rickard -- Rickard Secunia Support |

Hi, from security point of view, I agree. But how is it technically? I wonder if we need the agent on all systems (Firewalls might block agentless discovery). Is the Microsoft Update client triggering the update or is it some Secunia software doing per client? I did not find this detail in the documentation. Thanks, Torsten. |
