Hi I just decided to put Secunia on my new 64 bit laptop. I ran the prog and eventually got 100 per cent. (Amazing that a pretty new machine already had 3 insecure) . On the profile tab I clicked the recover profile tab and was informed an email had been sent. but its has never reached me. and ive done it four times. And its not in my Spam. and its not in my Trash. and ive tried registering the same ID (just in case I had forgotten to more than a year ago) and it says my user name is already in use, suggesting I did register. I is puzzled. Any ideas? -- Lindzog |

Hello Lindzog , People have experienced this on several occasions ; the simplest answer would seem to be to contact support@secunia.com by email and ask them to reset your profile for you . Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |
