Started getting a Stop 0x0000009F blue screen (driver not handling power commands from o/s properly on my Windows 7 x64 laptop when suspending or hibernating. Points at a different driver most times so most likely these are victims not the cause.

Looking at what drivers have most recently been updated before this started, the only one is the psi_mf.sys driver. Any known issues/changes with this in the power handling area?

I have a fair few kernel mini dumps and a full dump from the most recent crash if a Secunia developer wants to take a look - just let me have upload instructions.

I removed psi yesterday and no more blue screens since, so looks like your driver is the culprit....

You can often have problems during the beta phase of any new program. Try using the secure 15.0.2 stable version. This may correct the problem and allow you to become more familiar with Secunia.

Yes, fully aware of what being in a beta involves and am familiar with PSI. Just want someone from Secunia to make contact so they can fix the bug. Or do Secunia not inhabit these forums?

Not normally at weekends - they'll be back on Monday.
It's just us mere mortals, around at the moment.

Hi ,

They do seem to intermittent on the Forum for the past week or so ; they do have the commercial launch of VIM 3.0 on their hands and possibly concommittent server faults last week and this .

If support do not pick up this thread next Monday(CET) , it would be useful to highlight the driver problem to them by email at support@secunia.com (next week) .

Take care

Anthony
