For the second time since installing PSI 2.0 Beta, I am getting the following error message after seeing the System Tray icon changed from green to red. So far with with no change in its status, I closed PSI via the system-tray icon, and restated it via Start>All Programs. No change. Error: TypeError Function: util.switchPage File: undefined Line: undefined Description: 'length' is null or not an object Operating under Windows 7 64 bit |

Ditto. I am experiencing the same condition on 2 computers. One is running Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit and the other is running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit. I read in another thread, that this may be caused by one of Secunia's servers being down. Is that true? | ||||||||

This is typical behavior when Secunia's webserver is down. This is the second time in three days that it's happened. Just be patient and the technical staff should have the server back up shortly. -- Patrick Barnum Dell Inspiron 620s Intel Core i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit Google Chrome 20.x 8.00 GB RAM |

Thank you for reporting the issue, it should now have been fixed. Please perform another full system scan with the PSI. |

Had same problems with errors as listed by users in previous posts. Did a reinstall and it now appears to be working correctly. Using Windows 7 and will do the same with my XP systems as they experienced the same issue. -- Thank You Peter (Mike) Meyers System Info: Windows 7 SP1 (32 bit) Intel Core 2 CPU / Dell XPS 410 6400 @ 2.13 Ghz 4.00 GB RAM (3.00 GB usable) |

In case of server problems at Secunia it's not needed to reinstall PSI. As I experienced in the past, only wait untill the server is up again and run a full scan. Up to now I never had to reinstall PSI. -- PC: JJ Computer Services Intel Core I3 2100 3.1Ghz DDR3 Kingston ValueRam 4GB 1333 Windows 7 Home Premium 64bits SP1 Secunia PSI 3.0 v. 3.0.0.6005 Internet Explorer 9 Mozilla Firefox 20.0.1NL Laptop: MSI GT780DX Intel Core I5-2450 DDR3 RAM 6GB Windows 7 Home Premium 64bits SP1 Secunia PSI 3.0 v. 3.0.0.6005 Internet Explorer 10 Mozilla Firefox 20.0.1NL |
