Hello. The forum section chosen, and the thread title seem ambiguous to me. I'm presuming you've downloaded the latest psi 2.0. I havn't yet seen/read anything to suggest otherwise.....as far as I know it's still not compatible with IE9Beta.....could that be the problem ? -- |

I too had this issue... I completely removed PSI using Revo Uninstaller and also manually edited the registry to ensure EVERYTHING SECUNIA RELATED was gone. I then rebooted and reinstalled the version 2.0 and was able to get the graphics to display. Still experiencing a couple of issues: * Getting the following message when switching to dashboard view: Error: TypeError Function: util.switchPage File: undefined Line: undefined Description: 'length' is null or not an object * After completing a scan, PSI is telling me that there are a total of ZERO programs on my computer... |

Hi , Secunia have confirmed in another thread that the latest version of the PSI 2.0.0.1001 is still not compatible with the IE9 Beta and there is nothing they can do about it ; using IE9 is likely to give graphic display problems as reported above . The load error was displayed in earlier Beta versions and closing the PSI with the red [x] in the GUI and closing the tray icon and then restarting from "all programmes" worked in the past . You may also need to/benefit from closing the psia.exe and the sua.exe processes you will see running in Task Manager . Let us know how you go . Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done. Thank all for your answers. I have IE 9 beta installed. Staring the program as suggested still shows the same problem (no grahic). Finally: I stick with IE9 Beta and PSI without grahic. |
