Made new install on Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. No errors.

When I try to do a scan, I get no results, but I never get above 0% secunia system score.
The Scan Message is "Scan executed successfully (ID:2015)"

When I try to navigate to Dashboard by clicking that link in the GUI I get:

Error: TypeError
Function: util.switchPage
File: undefined
Line: undefined
Description: 'length' is null or not an object

Hi ,

The load error was displayed in earlier Beta versions and closing the PSI with the red [x] in the GUI and closing the tray icon and then restarting from "all programmes" worked in the past . You may also need to/benefit from closing the psia.exe and the sua.exe processes you will see running in Task Manager .

You may also get this if thetre is a server error for your location ; servers were slow today , but they seem OK atm

Let us know how you go .

Anthony

Hi,

Please close the PSI user interface, and exit the tray icon by selecting it and clicking 'Close tray Icon'.

Then, please assure that all your settings match those describe on this page:
http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/personal...

If you open the PSI again after applying the settings, does the issue still occur?

I restarted the computer several times yesterday, it did not help.

However after starting up the computer today, scanning worked right away without changing any settings. I assume it must have been overloaded servers.

Thanks,
Klas
