What is the path to where the PSI detected this copy of Adobe AIR?

I'm pretty sure this is your problem. Your installation of Adobe Air seems to come together with your copy of Adobe Flash CS3, thus it is not a "standalone" installation, and apparently Adobe's own installer for Adobe Air can't see it nor update it...
You should complain to Adobe about it... but I'm not sure how much it would help :(

i did not installed a standalone version of AIR.. any update of adobe did so.. but these case is like some others: Secunia should notice whether the update can be able to update that depending of folder :( |

I don't really think it is Secunia's fault that the vendor (Adobe) follows a bad practice, and personally, I would much rather prefer to know that an insecure version of a program is on my computer, than sit here and think everything is good.
But I can follow you that it is annoying that its not easy to update.
