Scan results shows Adobe Shockwave Player 10.x as End-of-Life, but Control Panel Add/Remove programs only shows Shockwave Player 11.5. Running the Install Solution does not fix the problem. --Johnathan |

Hi , "Shockwave" 10 is "EOL" , however some/many programmes -particularly games - still use it and will ask to reinstall it even if/when you have deleted it . Whether you take the (slight) security risk of using it is your decision to make . To find it , click the [+] sign to the left of the programme display and it will expand , this will show you the "installation path" or "detected instance" . You can navigate to the file and if you wish , delete it , using the "open folder" icon immediately to the left of the detected instance . Anthony -- It always seems impossible until its done.
