I have an end of life for the above. Is there anything to replace this program, if there's no link to patch it? Thanks! |

Thanks Big Dave 39. Guess I'll just delete it. I don't use it much, but it does come in handy for a few tasks,...or at least I've gotten used to suing it. Thanks!
Cheer! |

Just delete the folder structure and use a registry cleaner in case there is anything in the registry. Something like Iobit's System Care works pretty well.

Take care.I deleted it then found that I couldn't attach photo's to emails anymore. I have reinstalled it from the CD and things are working normally again. |

I deleted it a second time just to make sure it was the problem, it was. So I reinstalled it this time by restoring it from the recycle bin. Still waiting for a solution, am I missing something or what? |

Being a Microsoft product you could try their clean up tool. Details here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
Once downloaded search for the programme & click remove.

May/may not be what you want but I found a prg called Faststone Image Viewer (at www.FastStone.org) which is easy to learn and does quite a lot.

I found this solution, which worked for me, at:
http://www.techimo.com/forum/technical-support/832...
"You'll have to click on "Change" for Microsoft Office in 'Add/Remove Programs'.
Photo Editor should be under "Office Tools", just set it's value to "Not Available" then click on "Update". This should get rid of it and SHOULD set all your defaults back."
