The version you have quoted is old and end of life. By clicking on the download link PSI has given/you have quoted, you can download and install the current secure version 11.5.9.615.
Alternatively, fully remove Adobe Shockwave from Add/Remove Programs (Control Panel), and use the link for a clean install.
However, if you play on-line games, some may not be able to use this latest version, and will ask you to download an earlier (insecure) version, which will again be flagged as insecure. You have to decide either to play that game, or have the latest secure Shockwave.
