Does anybody know whether Uniblue's DriverScanner 2010 (formerly 2009) is on the list for checking on updates? I just downloaded it from ishttp://www.uniblue.com/software/driverscanner/ and noted that Secuinia had just told me that everything was up to date despite the fact that I previously (when it scanned) had 2009 installed. It is supposed to perform a similar function to PSI but limited to checking drivers. I would hope that the two pieces of software would "play nice" with each other.

BTW.....is that an operable e mail address you are using as a "handle" ? If so, be advised, it's not wise to show on an open forum, unless you wish to attract spammers.

PSI is a vulnerability checker not an update checker. It won't notify you of new releases unless there are security fixes.

Personally, I wouldn't update drivers just for the sake of it and I'd get them from the manufacturer.
