Even after applying the solution (reloading itunes) the problem is still reported when I re-ran the scan.

1 Security Threat, rated as a: Category 2 Threat 1 solution should be applied

When you hold your mouse over "iTunes 7.x" what path does it say? Perhaps it is just because this is an old leftover copy of itunes on your PC?
