Even after applying the solution (reloading itunes) the problem is still reported when I re-ran the scan.
Insecure Program (security threat) [?] Threat Rating [?] Solution [?] Forum [?]
iTunes 7.x
1 Security Threat, rated as a: Category 2 Threat 1 solution should be applied
Note. After downloading and installing a solution it may be required to re-scan your system before the entry is removed from the above list. Should it still be listed after applying the solution and re-scanning your system, then please send a note to our support.

When you hold your mouse over "iTunes 7.x" what path does it say? Perhaps it is just because this is an old leftover copy of itunes on your PC?
